The Emporio Armani Pre-Fall collection revolved around a play of contrasts: masculine and feminine, soft and structured, sporty and urban. Common ground was found via a focused approach, which blended the apparently discordant elements into a cohesive wardrobe, where pieces could be easily assembled to suit different moods and occasions.
A tailored double-face cashmere coat was softened by fluid pants in liquid bois de rose silk satin worn with a matching top. Extra-short shorts and Bermudas peeked from the hem of a quilted coat or from a sweatshirt dress in black neoprene. And suits were reworked with up-to-date proportions. Small, fitted jackets were paired with roomy cargo pants, while an elongated blazer and palazzo pants in wool, treated with a denim finish, looked cool accented with silver ankle boots.
