For Fall, Rossella Jardini staged a world tour at Moschino Cheap And Chic: Different sections of her party presentation paid homage to London, Milan, Paris, and New York. For Resort, she continued the theme, journeying to Rome—the Rome, according to the label, of Fellini's Dolce Vita sixties. The city was clear enough: You saw it, literally, in photos screened onto little shift dresses (including the Trevi fountain, where Anita Ekberg famously waded in La Dolce V). The sixties influence was looser. It didn't cover denim bell bottoms, for example, or femme-ified tuxedo dressing. But that's a quibble. Cheap And Chic is about uncomplicated fun, which is what a flare-skirted khaki trench and a pretty (and, in fact, quite sixties) skirt embroidered with roses were.
