The invitingly soft palette of mint, melba, marmalade, and tapioca lent a relaxed mood to the fifties-inspired collection, in which a lacy, circle-skirted "Lucy" dress, presumably the namesake of Lucille Ball, and a bright peachy sheath were clear high points. Unfortunately, some of the presentation's camp transferred to the collection, which at times offered a too-literal take on the decade of Lucy, the Beav, Wally, and the Fonz.
